Excellent Meditation Thumb

During the Meditation Video i closed my eyes and began chanting ~ AUM~ what was very interesting was a felt the vibration go from my vocals up through my head and through my mouth, it was like a tingling sensation. Then i saw my mind open as if on top of my head there was a double door and they both swung open, as Divine Energy flowed down from the source directly into my Being. Each Day Gets Better, Serenity - Dawn, the time i was away was a rough experience, but an experience i learned from. It seems there are Mountains to climb several of them throughout our Lives.

The Uphill Climb (Dedication & Hard Work)

The Peak (Accomplishment, Insight, Inspiration, & Wisdom)

The Downward Slide (Falling, Hitting Rock Bottom, Starting Over)

Then the cycle Begins again but with each mountain climbed, new heights are reached, its like wow that mountain was a tough one but look what i've Learned from those Experiences, now for the Next Mountain Bring It On.

Spirit Being, I am glad you had that cool experience with the meditation.

I was going to post my usual picture & quote, but something kept telling me to do a meditation instead.. Lol`

I am sorry to hear that you`ve had a rough time my friend. But I get a sense that those experiences have given you a deeper connection with yourself. Perhaps through those rough experiences we discover our true divine selves. Realizing that life is only a series of experiences meant to give us grace as we move along our soul`s path.

This last year has held many changes for me as well. But I know I would not be the person I am today without experiencing all of it. It sounds like a few of our members have gone through personal transitions in the last few months...

with each mountain climbed, new heights are reached

This is a beautiful way of expressing personal growth, and spiritual evolution.
