Struggle

I have been struggling for a few weeks now, and am in need of solitude for a week. It seems i am struggling with some unknown force the energy around me is not so good. I have had visions and thoughts of suicide, which is unsettling. I need this week to find my path again i seemed to have lost my way at the moment. If you would like to send prayers this way i would be grateful, when i come back next week i hope to have more balance in my life. You all are my good friends, and this letter has not been easy to write but it is how i am feeling at the moment. I know it will all get better and i will be good as new in a week. Thank You guys

Dear Spirit-Being,
I am new to the forum and now I understand why it stood out to me that you seem to be absent and that it felt like something other than a vacation.

If I may be so bold, I would like to offer you my words of comfort, from a place of compassion and love.

Its good to be quiet at times, it allows us to listen to ourselves better.

You are divine by nature, there is no force that you cannot confront head on and prevail.
Everything that happens to you is for your good and the good of all, so my advice and prayer is that you face these feelings or force in a manner to try and understand it and its positive effect on you. Once you do this, thank it for helping you to grow and release it to the light.
We are all peeling away at the onion of our being and the good news is when the layers are embraced, acknowledged and released, we become closer to our true divine self.
This all a part of growing spiritually and always remember that these thoughts, even suicidal, are not yours. It is the ignorance of the ego which we all share to different degrees.
Your true self is perfect and pure and holy and incapable of anything but love.

Learn from this, grow from this and then please come back and bless us with your new understanding.
