I read the Book of Enoch few years back and i really enjoy it, it has many details that was not included in the Bible. It can be read here free http://www.sacred-texts.com/bib/boe/index.htm

The Bible was composed at the Concil of Nicaea http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Council_of_Nicaea and it was then desided which books were included and which books were banned, the Book of Enoch was one of many.
