what men want

men long for things
they know they can't obtain
they look at them with longing
but it sometimes is in vain

men can have what they need
but long for things thats new
they cast aside a loving heart
for something that wont be true

when they have acquired what they wanted
and think it is their own
another will take it from you
and you will be alone

so if the wrapping is beautiful
and you look upon it with pride
remember when you unwrap it
sometimes,, nothing is inside

be careful what you ask for
for things can be disguised
maybe what you really need
is not what you see with your eyes

Interesting poem

I do feel that we all as human beings must experience many situations in life. We play a role in helping humanity along the flowing river. If we say to ourselves what if i did it this way or that way, we miss what was being taught. Realizing how much the people in our lives love us, and loving them back is who we are. Love is what we all need.
