OBE Techniques Video

Ah a good resource to have.
I hope with more people listening to this and more information being shared, that they will abandon any thoughts that the "paralysis" we experience being associated with anything evil. It's not!! it's just that our physical bodies haven't kept up with our spirit on these astral trips.
Astral catalepsy...that's all. not evil spirits or demons trying to possess you or attack you.

I listened to both of these videos last night and am going to re-listen again tonight since I was sort of falling asleep to them.

Is it possible that some people just can't achieve this or am I giving up too easily?

I've read Brian Weiss's book and I still can't do this...
