I am so excited about joining this small community and enjoying the company of like minded people, I run another website forum devoted to meditation and techniques just add a .com to the end of my user name.

I hope to be an active participant in helping others with meditations questions on this forum as well as my own, I hope to meet all of you over time and I will enjoy every moment of it.
