Lemon Garlic Hommus
ingredients
one can of chick peas
about 1/2 cup of tahini
1 lemon
1-2 cloves of garlic
cook the chick peas
blend the cooked chick peas with lemon juice until all mushed up..
take out put into a bowl, add the crushed garlic to taste... it is up to you and the tahini.. what you think... add more or less.. when finished, spread on a dish with a fork and make it look nice add some olive oil on top and dress it up with a piece of parsley and little bit of tomato.. eat it with pita bread very yummy..... ehjoy..
