The Sun's Energy

Post by Spirit-Being on February 12th 2009, 11:04 am

What is the source of the sun's energy? It's a crucial question, because light and heat from the sun are the basis of (almost) all life on earth. Sunlight drives plant life via photosynthesis, and animals survive by eating plants. Almost all microscopic forms of life (bacteria, protozoa, etc.) survive by using the energy of sunlight.

At this moment i am sitting here at the computer desk, the sun is shinning brightly through the window. I closed my eyes and looked up into the sun, i feel the warmness and gentle touch of the sun. It comforts me, the suns energy enters me. How long i have missed the sun, Spring will be wonderful. Although there is still winter to get through. This was a taste of what is to come when spring arrives.

Many Blessings
