Appreciation points?

How do I show appreciation for a post?
I cannot find a button/picture to click on.

You know Mia, one of the problems that people encounter on a theme message board is that they run out of things to say. Eventually this leads to a very quiet message board, do you have any suggestions on how this problem could be approached?

Fun, laughter, and answering posts, even if you have nothing to add, say so. in a nice way.
I find when the members get a 'closeness' the vibes they give off attract others.
Talk, small talk even.

I cant remember if there is one here, but a 'What are your plans for today? thread would get folk posting.

Or/and a 'How are you feeling? one.

Mia, your reasoning and suggestions contain wisdom. I wonder where your topic suggestions should be placed? Vanilla? (she understands these thing better than I do )

See, when someone joins a board/forum, if they are a bit shy, they don't know where or how to join in.
Answering a simple question gives them encouragement to answer another and of course if their posts are answered, it becomes an interaction, like you did with me sunny
And they feel liked, wanted and a part of the community instead of a newbie xx
