Suffering is not holding you...

Post by Linda on July 12th 2011, 11:45 am

"Suffering is not holding you. You are holding suffering. When you become good at the art of letting sufferings go, then you'll come to realize how unnecessary it was for you to drag those burdens around with you. You'll see that no one else other than you was responsible. The truth is that existence wants your life to become a festival."

- Osho, was an Indian mystic and teacher.

I know not all suffering can be let go so easy, death of a loved one, etc. But there are times that people are angry about past hurts and they seem to not let go. Time to let it go, and Live life for all it's joys, we only have this moment, So Enjoy! (-:
