Computer problems

Hi friends we have lost our computers internet access, been without four days, luckily the guy who is working on our computer got my Apple laptop up and running so we can get back online, i'm not finding it easy using this as its completely different to our Windows. We should know hopefully tomorrow whether he can fix our desktop.

Ah bless you all, I'm so thankful we had this AppleMac to keep us online, the man cant find whats wrong, so has to put it back to factory, he will try to save what he can, then we will have to re-install everything again.
